- Is it really one flat price?
- Yes. $99 per month per workspace, billed monthly. No per-seat fees, no per-business fees, no per-job fees. Add as many businesses and crew as you run.
- Who handles billing?
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your receipts and subscription come from Paddle, and you manage your card, invoices, and cancellation from the Paddle customer portal linked inside your workspace.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime, from the customer portal. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day first-charge guarantee.
- Is there a usage limit?
- There is a generous soft cap on media (photos count as 1, videos count more). It is designed so normal field use never hits it; heavy accounts get a "let’s talk" prompt rather than an automatic overage charge. We never auto-bill you for going over.

- We onboard operators individually right now. Request access and we’ll set up your workspace and walk you through it.
