The short version
MasterBuilds is a flat $99 per monthsubscription. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If MasterBuilds isn't for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge and we'll return it.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access through the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and we do not lock you into a term.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within30 days of your first charge. Just ask — you do not need to explain why. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
After the first 30 days
After the 30-day window, monthly payments are generally non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How refunds and payments are handled
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. This policy sits alongside ourTerms & Conditions.
