1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and[OWNER-LEGAL-NAME - confirm before Paddle submission], the operator of MasterBuilds ("MasterBuilds", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using MasterBuilds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MasterBuilds is

MasterBuilds is a field-service operations platform that lets one operator run several businesses from a single workspace: intake, a status-first job board, field capture, time tracking, and invoicing. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, for the crew and team members you invite, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use MasterBuilds.

4. Subscription, billing, and payment

MasterBuilds is a subscription billed at a flat $99 per month per workspace, including unlimited businesses and crew. There are no per-seat, per-unit, or per-business charges.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle handles the transaction, charges your payment method, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We may change the subscription price with reasonable advance notice; any change takes effect on your next billing period, and continuing to use MasterBuilds after that means you accept the new price.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, and refunds are governed by ourRefund Policy. In short: cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use MasterBuilds to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to store, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or malicious;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent our security, tenancy, or access controls, or access another customer's data;
• resell, sublicense, or overload the service, or use automated means to disrupt it.

We may suspend or limit accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

7. Your data and content

You own the data and media you put into MasterBuilds — customer records, jobs, notes, photos, and videos. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, back up, and display that content so we can operate the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data as described there.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to keep MasterBuilds available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. Where a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know.

9. Disclaimers

MasterBuilds is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining your own records where required for your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterBuilds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MasterBuilds and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use MasterBuilds after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which[OWNER-LEGAL-NAME - confirm before Paddle submission] is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
