No per-technician fee, no add-on unlock

There is no per-technician fee and no feature held back for a higher tier. The board, realtime updates, email intake, field photos and video, inter-business invoicing, and PDF export are all in the base price. Growing your crew or adding a fifth business unlocks nothing extra to buy — it is already included, because the price never depended on how many people or businesses you have.

Weighted usage, not per-seat overage

The one thing that scales with real use is media, and we meter it honestly. A photo counts as one unit; video is weighted heavier because it costs more to store and move. The cap is generous — normal field work never comes close — and when a heavy account approaches it, you get a “let’s talk” prompt, not a surprise line item. We never turn on an automatic overage charge or bill you by the seat for going over.
